  • All other exhibitors can renew last year's location based on availability.
  • Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after registration and full payment are received.
  • The Chamber will make final assignments of space and will make every effort to comply with requests.
  • If all available spaces are sold prior to the payment deadline, a waiting list will be created. Payment deadline is January 20, 2009.
  • Cancellations will incur a $75 fee.
